You do not need special dietary requirements when consuming MOMMA® Pregolact®, but breastfeeding mothers are advised not to consume caffeine.

Can people with constipiation consume it?

Yes, MOMMA® Pregolact® contains inulin, which is a good bacterium that helps the digestive process and prevent constipation.

Will it make me fat?

MOMMA® Pregolact® is non-fattening as it is a low-fat, low-calorie milk and contains no added creamers.

Is it suitable for non-breastfeeding mothers?

MOMMA® Pregolact® is less suitable if you have stopped breastfeeding for a while. You have to go through the process of relactation that requires a high level of commitment.

Can pregnant mother consume MOMMA?

MOMMA® Pregolact® is a milk for pregnant and lactating mothers. If you are pregnant, you can drink from the start of your pregnancy.

Is it safe for GDM mother?

Yes. MOMMA® Pregolact® does not contain added sugars. It contains natural sweetness from the mix of ingredients in it.

PREPARATION:

Mix 1 sachet of MOMMA Pregolact with 150ml of warm water

Do not use hot / boiled water

COMSUMPTION

In the first 3 days, drink 1 time a day at night before sleep

Ensure that the water intake is 3 liters a day, breastfeed the baby regularly and do the pumping at every 304 hours

Monitor any changes in the quantity and concentration of milk

If there is no significant difference on the 4th day, drink 2 times a day (morning and night)

For pregnant woman, drink 1 time a day only
